Dimoria Youth Club (“Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) organises and/or facilitates sports tournaments, leagues, matches, player registrations, team registrations, sports events and related activities. The website/app provides event information and may allow eligible users to register and make applicable payments online.
2. Acceptance of Terms

- Where a participant is a minor, registration and participation must be completed with parent/legal guardian consent where required by applicable law or the event rules.

- Unless an event page expressly states otherwise, a registration fee is generally non-refundable after the registration deadline or once the participant has been confirmed/allocated to a team, because event arrangements may already have been made.
- If the Club cancels an event before it begins, the Club may provide a full refund of the eligible registration fee or another remedy communicated to registered participants, subject to the event-specific notice.
- If an event is postponed, the Club may transfer the registration to the rescheduled date or provide the refund option stated in the event notice.
